Breakfast and Lunch Menu

Research shows that starting the day with a nutritious breakfast helps students stay alert and perform better in school. Having breakfast also helps students develop healthy eating habits that contribute to their well being.

The Lake Linden-Hubbell School District participates in the School Breakfast Program. Nutritious, balanced and healthy breakfasts are served Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.

2021-22 Online Learning Option for Middle/High School

Though Lake Linden-Hubbell Schools urges all students to return to face to face learning this fall, the Lake Linden-Hubbell Middle School and High School will once again be offering an online option for students in grades 6-12 who do not wish to return to face-to-face instruction this school year. Our online option will allow your child(ren) to remain engaged as Lake Linden-Hubbell students. Students choosing this option will have a schedule of up to 6 classes built through Odysseyware. Those choosing this option are making at least a semester long commitment. The parents of those wishing to choose this option should email High School Counselor, Leon Sutherland at leon@lakelinden.k12.mi.us to notify the school of your intentions as soon as possible. Those choosing this option are still considered Lake Linden-Hubbell students so they can still participate in athletics, etc.

Note that we are NOT offering Lakes Virtual or Lakes LiveStreaming this year. If a student is home ill and would still like to “Zoom” into their classes, they can but it will be up to the student to notify their teacher(s) that they want to do this and students should give their teacher enough lead time to make it feasible to do so. This will NOT be considered “remote learning” this year however. In this scenario they would still be considered absent because they are ill and not in school. Teachers will still be using Google Classroom and keeping their classes updated there so students can continue to use it to keep themselves apprised of what is being covered in class, homework, etc.

If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Sutherland or the Middle School/High School office at (906) 296-6211, #2 then #1.
