Looking for Bids for Tech Ed (Half) Roof Replacement
Tech Ed - Half Roof Replacement
North side (6th street side) roof replacement consists of removal and disposing of all existing roofing, underlayment, and loose or unruly nails. Drip edge to be replaced if damaged during removal.
Clear grounds of nails and debris daily.
Supply and install 2 rows of GAF or equivalent ice and water shield (6'), GAF Tiger Paw or equivalent synthetic underlayment, GAF lifetime Timberline HD architectural shingles or equivalent matching existing color, GAF snow country ridge vent with ridge cap.
Payment terms of 50% down and 50% upon completion.
All work must be completed by September 1, 2023.
All materials and labor incidental to the completion of specification shall be included in the bid. Any change to specification must be approved by LLHS.
Work shall be done according to local, state, and federal codes.
Materials shall be installed to manufacturers recommended specification.
LLHS reserves the right to accept or decline all bids. All bidders must be licensed and insured.
All bids must be submitted by 3:00pm on Friday, June 2 and may be turned into the High School Superintendents office at 601 Calumet St., Lake Linden or to Brad Fortin.

Supply and install 2 rows of GAF or equivalent ice and water shield (6'), GAF Tiger Paw or equivalent synthetic underlayment, GAF lifetime Timberline HD architectural shingles or equivalent matching existing color (black or charcoal), GAF snow country ridge vent with ridge cap.
