Sports physicals at CLK will take place on Wednesday, June 3rd. The boys will be at 5:00 pm and the girls at 6:00 pm. The boys bus will depart LLH at 4:45 and the girls bus at 5:30. The cost is $10 and you must bring the physical card and ½ sheet permission slip with you (forms will be handed out to students and available in the office).
